On 13th March 2015
The Erasmus + students's group had a
meeting with the dietician Catia Silighini, who is a member of
A.U.S.L. group; The students dealt with the guidelines for a healthy
and correct nutrition, starting from the information already posted
on the project blog that she had already consulted.
The meeting/debate was full of ideas,
as shown by the several students' questions.
Guidelines for a healthy and correct
nutrition
-Check your weight and keep always
active;
-Eat more cereals, pulses, vegetables
and fruits;
-Fats:choose the quality and not the
quantity
-Sugars, sweets and sugary
drinks:within proper limits;
-Drink water in abundance everyday;
-Salt? less is better
-Alcoholic drinks: if yes, only in
controlled quantity;
-Vary your food choice at every meal;
-Special advice for special people
-The safety of food depends on us.
