SI: The Day of Culture, Science and Art (Poland)

On 20^th May in Zespół Szkół nr 7 we celebrated The Day of Culture, Science and Art. Due to that occasion various activities were prepared by all students and teachers of our school. There was a boule game, English, Spanish and German language games, some maths activities, historical and cultural discussions, biological experiments and different sports activities.

Teachers working with Erasmus+ projects implemented at school had also the chance to promote the results and educational values of European cooperation. During that Day also the motivational Power Point presentation was shown to interested students and their parents. 

SI: "We came, we saw, we conquered" ;) (Poland)

Our students came back from the Finish exchange relaxed and full of wonderful memories. They told us interesting stories of various Finish customs and traditions of which they have become aware. They also recommended Finish sauna and traditional cuisine. ;)

We noticed that it was a great experience for them! In order to inspire their younger peers to learning languages (as we have another Erasmus+ project running at school) they prepared a display showing how rewarding their trip was.

SI: We are well-known in the local press! (Poland)

The stay of our students in Vesanto was a kind of an experience that all of them will remeber for a very long time. It has been also documented well in the local press. Luckily after three years of the project our students are used to being our „school celebrities”. ;)

They faced this challenge with bravery that we are proud of becuase it shows us that the intangible results of the project were also achieved. The students have become confident young Europeans with an open-minded way of thinking. ;)

The Finish adventure: Day 5 ;) (Poland & Finland)

During the fifth day of the exchange students discussed subject devoted to Internet addiction themes. Representatives of all countries presented materials that were prepared beforehand in a form of Power Point presentations.

Later on students were looking for solutions to an Internet addition problem. They used online tools and iPod’s to create some guidelines of how to tackle that problem and wrote suggestions of what kind of aid could be offered to an addicted person.

Finally, students created posters which main aim was to motivate teenagers to stop overusing the Internet.
