Toruń is a tourist city which authorities support the health and well-being of its citizens. Therefore, if you want to take care of your health there are several facilities which you may find useful in fulfilling that goal. Our students prepared short presentations about Toruń and places you should visit while trying to keep fit and slim.

Not only it is important to focus on your physical condition, but you should also pay attention to your food, as nowadays there are a lot of chemical substances added to it, which highly influence our health.
